How to Place a Purchase Order:
1. Download Our W-9
If your school or district requires vendor documentation, click here to download our W-9. If your school or district requires additional vendor documentation, let us know in the form at the bottom of this page.
2. Select Your Products
Browse our site and fill out the form below with your list, including product name, color, size, and quantity for each item, along with your school or group's billing and shipping address.
3. Receive Your Quote
We'll email a detailed quote with everything your school or district needs to issue a purchase order. (Quotes are valid for 30 days). Once approved, have your purchasing department send us the official PO to begin processing.
4. Order Review & Confirmation
Our team reviews your PO to confirm pricing and availability, then sends an order confirmation with your finalized details and estimated shipping timeline.
5. Order Fulfillment & Shipment
Your order is processed and shipped as soon as it's ready. We'll notify you when it ships, along with tracking information and your invoice.
6. Payment & Returns
All purchase orders receive Net 30 payment terms, due 30 days from the invoice date — we accept credit card, ACH, and check. Every order is also covered by our standard 365-day Return & Exchange Policy.

Yes, the order minimum is $600.
Are you sales tax exempt for tax-exempt organizations?
Yes. Tax-exempt organizations must provide the following document:
- Exemption Certificate: A signed state-specific tax exemption form or a sales tax certificate showing the school's identification or exemption number.
What payment methods do you accept for purchase orders?
