At Folkicks, we are committed to providing fast and reliable shipping to our customers in the United States and Canada. Below are the details of our shipping policy:

Processing Times

  • Orders placed before 2 PM PST on a business day will ship the same day.
  • Orders placed after 2 PM PST or on weekends/holidays will ship the next business day.

Shipping Locations

  • We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as Puerto Rico.
  • We currently only ship internationally to Canada.
  • We also ship to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

Shipping Methods

  • Free Standard Shipping: Orders typically arrive in 2–7 business days depending on your location.
    Note: Customers on the West Coast generally receive their packages faster due to our location in Clovis, California.
  • Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

Military Addresses

  • For APO/FPO/DPO orders, we cannot provide prepaid return labels. However, we will reimburse return shipping costs once a valid receipt is provided via e-mail.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package's progress.

Customs and Duties for Canada

  • Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary depending on the destination.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@folkicks.com within 7 business days of the delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
